APS Appliance Repairs & Spare Parts Supplier

Took our Liebherr Fridge there to be fixed in February 2022. It’s now March 2023 and still no result even though it’s an insurance job and all. Correspondence has been very lacking, apologies made but no updates until January this year saying the part has finally been fitted and under constant watch to make sure it doesn’t fail. Said it would be ready in two weeks. It’s now March. No response to weekly emails and I can’t get through on the phone despite multiple attempts.I hate to bag businesses given I have one myself but Gee wiz!

Receptionist arranged the service for my mother Jennifer Bell’s, fridge repair very quickly.The technician was prompt, professional, efficient & friendly.Good sense of humour.Very impressed

They are very focused on delivering the best service possible, their technicians and very good, they even explain how the appliance works and what is needed to rectify it. Yes choose them to repair whatever appliance you have.

Leo arrived in the time frame that he said he would arrive. Very polite and got straight in, found the problem and fixed it within the 20 minutes allocated with the call out fee. With the 10% discount for booking online money well spent. Thanks

I couldn't be happier with the assistance received from the APS Technianian . Originally scheduled between 3 and 5pm, he called to let me know he would be available earlier if it worked for me, which it did, and when he arrived he was very courteous, getting to work right away. Within minutes he had determined what the problem with my washing machine was and provided a reasonable quote for the repair costs, and in just over an hour he had completed his work and ensured that the problem was indeed resolved! His promptness, thoroughness, and overall friendly demeanor put this relatively new homeowner at ease, and I will now only ever turn to APS when in need of assistance. absolutely rip-off business - charging Call Out Fee by intervals of 15 minutes - be aware...Correspondence below:Call Out Fee is $165.00 which includes the initial 20 minutes of labour, however im unable to give an exact quote without a technician properly assessing the fridge.Any extra labour required after the initial 20 min, will be charged at $55.00 (per 15 min) plus the cost of any parts if they are required.

Great service all round, starting with the lady on the phone who was pleasant and efficient in taking my order.Part came quickly and was installed by efficient serviceman who let me know when he was coming and did the job.Thank you.

These guys are grubs, from reception through to tech they have no integrity. They have no concern for the delay to provide a service or the the way they charge, 11 week wait to be charged $600 ($220 parts… $380 for an hour labour and call-out) what a rip off. When challenged the retort was check your email you agreed….. nice way to treat a disabled pensioner.

Do not use this company, we had a service technician come out to look at our dishwasher and said we need to pull it out ourselves and left, we then did this and called APS customer service they said they would investigate and get back to me. We are still waiting for a return phone call. Poor customer service all round.
