Microwave oven repair service

The owner of Household Appliance Parts Wangara revived my aging Sunbeam EM7000 coffee machine, and a few months later helped me unbureaucratically to source me a hot water pressure hose which had started leaking. I really appreciate that there is a repair shop where you have access to the repairer that goes the extra mile for customer service. Thanks!

Fantastic service! Called that morning and had my air con fixed by lunchtime. Efficient, friendly service by someone who obviously knows what they are doing. Price was very competitive plus there is no set call out fee just to have your unit looked at! Absolutely recommend.

Julian was very personable. Took to the task immediately, no wasted time. Explained the problem and the solution clearly. Pricing was very reasonable. Would have no hesitation in using Right Whitegoods again. I would highly recommend them.

Took our Liebherr Fridge there to be fixed in February 2022. It’s now March 2023 and still no result even though it’s an insurance job and all. Correspondence has been very lacking, apologies made but no updates until January this year saying the part has finally been fitted and under constant watch to make sure it doesn’t fail. Said it would be ready in two weeks. It’s now March. No response to weekly emails and I can’t get through on the phone despite multiple attempts.I hate to bag businesses given I have one myself but Gee wiz!

I have an older Delonghi Prima Donna ESAM6600 which had died last year and had Household Appliances Parts Wangara have a look at it and got it back to as new condition. I could have bought a new machine but there was sentimental value with this machine since I had for over 16 years. It was part of my morning routine. The On/Off button wore out this morning (Saturday). After a short phone call I took the machine apart and brought in the PCB which he said he could replace the button by Monday. He actually did it quickly while I waited and I was home having a coffee by lunchtime. Excellent service! Highly recommend them not only from my first experience but especially this mornings. If anything else happens as my machine ages they will be my first call 100%.And for the negative review I saw about someone complaining about having to pay a $54 charge before they would look at it, that fee comes off the repair at the end. You can't expect someone to spend time diagnosing your problems for free. It is more than fair to pay for his time, especially getting it off your bill anyway. That 1 start review should be removed.Keep up the good work!

Great customer service from Julian. Very professional and punctual and fixed the issue with our oven promptly. Highly recommend.

This company came to repair my washing machine with LG tried to make out that the filter was blocked and it was my fault. The engineer held a metal circular trim in his hand and said it was not a manufacturing issue when I looked up the most common issues with LG machines. It clearly said that the metal seal breaks so it’s clearly a manufacturers issue not mine. They tried to charge me money saying it’s my fault $145 I said I would not pay it. I’m now fighting IG to get my money back for the machine. I don’t want to have a company at cons people. This is absolutely bloody disgusting in my books. I’m going to consumer affairs if it’s not sorted very quickly this company are scammers

Usually I am very wary of electricians and plumbers as I never know if they are trying to rip me off! But the moment we met Julian, both my wife and I felt we could trust him. Amazing service !

Just awful . . .Do not expect any kind of service from this company. Slow, unprofessional, ride, they are seemingly given repair jobs at will by manufacturers who don't have their own agents in WA. The repair man that came was from Chile and could not read or write English so could not understand the instructions for my spare part we had to use google translate to communicate. Repair was never completed and I gave up on them, demanding someone qualified be appointed instead.

Julian was prompt and efficient and I highly recommend him. He fixed my fridge quickly and was honest about the potential cost of repairing my dishwasher as opposed to replacing it, which I found it so refreshing. I will definitely use the company again!
