The owner of Household Appliance Parts Wangara revived my aging Sunbeam EM7000 coffee machine, and a few months later helped me unbureaucratically to source me a hot water pressure hose which had started leaking. I really appreciate that there is a repair shop where you have access to the repairer that goes the extra mile for customer service. Thanks!

I have an older Delonghi Prima Donna ESAM6600 which had died last year and had Household Appliances Parts Wangara have a look at it and got it back to as new condition. I could have bought a new machine but there was sentimental value with this machine since I had for over 16 years. It was part of my morning routine. The On/Off button wore out this morning (Saturday). After a short phone call I took the machine apart and brought in the PCB which he said he could replace the button by Monday. He actually did it quickly while I waited and I was home having a coffee by lunchtime. Excellent service! Highly recommend them not only from my first experience but especially this mornings. If anything else happens as my machine ages they will be my first call 100%.And for the negative review I saw about someone complaining about having to pay a $54 charge before they would look at it, that fee comes off the repair at the end. You can't expect someone to spend time diagnosing your problems for free. It is more than fair to pay for his time, especially getting it off your bill anyway. That 1 start review should be removed.Keep up the good work!

Being one of only 2 Breville repair centres in Perth, and looking at the reviews for both, I took my 2 coffee machines to HAP Wangara. My experience was great. Both machines were looked at & repaired quickly. I would recommend HAP for your appliance.

Five stars cause I can't rate higher. Very helpful on the phone and extremely prompt and quick service. Communicated very clearly what the issue might be. Went out of his way to rectify the issue. Was very knowledgeable about the product he was servicing. Highly recommend for breville products.

Very pleased with the level of service!! Gaurang was extremely helpful and the other staff were extremely friendly too.I went in thinking one component was broken with my microwave and left with advice and a different component to replace and it did the trick! The knowledge of appliances is second to none and I'll be buying Breville products knowing I can always get repairs and parts from Household Appliance Parts Wangara in the future. Thanks again!

Great customer service, very helpful, sorted my problem with my coffee machine within minutes.

Took a coffee machine in for a CLEAN, that’s was it. On arrival they asked is anything wrong with the machine, I said No-I just want it cleaned. Machine belonged to my sister and her husband and they purchased a new one so I got the old one, which was working fine.Two weeks later I call to find out what’s happening-first of all they couldn’t find the machine then they started describing someone’s else’s machine which was broken. Finally they located it in their factory unit with old parts scattered everywhere, much like a wrecker.Nothing had been done, I said no problem I’ll come back in a week. 3 WEEKS LATER I drive down to the buisness and ask to pick up my coffee machine. Again, can’t find the machine. Woman calls her husband then shows me the machine out the back in a million pieces and asked is this my machine. I asked why is my machine in a million pieces for a clean? She puts me the phone to her husband and he explains the machine wasn’t working and needs two pumps replaced at $350. Did not ask me to pull it apart and still hadn’t done what I asked, which was to simply clean the machine-that’s it. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESSI have the machine back now. Tell me, how can you say you have tested this machine and tried to run water through it when there is still dust in the water filler and the reservoir is bone dry??? You Sir are a liar and I'll be very surprised if you are still making money for another 15yrs

Thank you to Household Appliance Parts Wangara in fixing my aging Delonghi coffee machines.The service and advice provided was excellent. A major part of the machine was replaced and the Milk Frother was also fixed and the machine is now working like new.
